Arrival Meals - Pick-up & Plattered. Ready to Serve!
After a long day of travel, fix a beverage and enjoy a delicous meal, completely prepared and awaiting your arrival. We will pick up a few Beverages, and the few items that you will need for the first morning.

#1 - Uncle Joe's BBQ - Customer Favorite!
Half a Chicken or 5 Pork Ribs or the Combo with a choice of 2 sides.
Christys does platter this meal (NO eating out of Styrofoam for our guest)!
Therefore you may just put totals on the sides dishes, 2 sides per order.

#2 - "Island Style" Lasagna
9"x12" - Sauces are homemade by Susie for 2 days. Beef/Mushroom or Mushroom/Spinach all have fried Plantains. Served with Garlic bread, Parmesan, and Red-Chili peppers.
